Medical: Cure for Colds, Flu or Allergies

According to the Ayurvedic system of health care (the world’s best), all disease is caused by a bodily imbalance. The best way to bring your body back into balance is by using the proper massage/bath oil and by adjusting your diet:

1. Print and fill out the following form in order to determine your particular Ayurvedic bodily constitution: ( Ayurvedic_Constitution_Test.txt). Check all items which apply to you (normally one check per row) and then add up the number of checks in each column. The column with the largest number will then indicate your predominant Ayurvedic body type (vata, pitta or kapha).

2. Take a shower like you usually do, but this time, while still wet, rub your entire body with one of the following oils: almond (vata or kapha), coconut (vata or pitta), corn (vata or kapha), mustard (vata or kapha), olive* (vata, pitta or kapha), safflower (vata or kapha), sesame* (vata), soy (vata or pitta), or sunflower (vata, pitta, or kapha). Then shower again, this time without using any soap.

* Especially good for vata.

Note: I spent years trying to find a reliable local source for sunflower oil. Recently, my search finally paid off: The local Super Walmart™ now sells 100% pure sunflower oil, imported from Ukraine.

3. Adjust your diet according to your particular Ayurvedic bodily constitution:
