This utility web page allows you to purge your email list of email addresses that “bounce.”
1. Click .
2. Copy/paste your email list into the top text box.
3. Copy/paste your list of email addresses that bounced after your last bulk mailing into the 2nd text box.
4. Click .
5. Copy/paste the updated (cleaned) list from the bottom text box into your email list text editor and save it.
NOTE: This web page was created using Notepad. Except for the background image file, the keyboard command JavaScript file, and the font / color data JavaScript file, it is completely self contained, and the absence of these three files will not cause any problems. Please feel free to save it to your hard drive using “File/Save as….” Double-click on the newly created “Utility Email List Maintenance” icon (“EmailListMaint” icon for Firefox), and make it one of your “Favorites.” It will work perfectly even when you are no longer connected to the Internet, or, heaven forbid, when this web page is no longer available!
