Instructions for Calculating Your Own Loan Amortization Table

1. Replace the input data in the text area above with your new data. Enter any three or all four items of data. If you want to calculate one of the four data items, then the value for that item must be omitted from the input data.

2. Click the button to obtain the calculations and amortization table for the new input data.

3. To save or print the input data and table, do a “Copy/Paste” to your text editor or word processor.

NOTE: This web page was created using Notepad. Except for the background image file the keyboard command JavaScript file and the font / color data JavaScript file, it is completely self contained, and the absence of these three files will not cause any problems. Please feel free to save it to your hard drive using “File/Save as….” Double-click on the newly created “LLBest - Utility - Loan Amortization” icon (“LoanAmor” icon for Firefox), and make it one of your “Favorites.” It will work perfectly even when you are no longer connected to the Internet, or, heaven forbid, when this web page is no longer available!
