Recipe: Two Cool, Nutritious Summertime Snacks

Snack #1 (Serves 2 to 4):

1. Dump a 32 ounce container of Dannon™ Vanilla Yogurt (not reduced fat or fat free) into a large bowl.

2. Add a 9 ounce package of Nature’s Harvest™ California Mix (available at Walmart for about $1.37).

3. Mix.

4. Peel a banana, break it up into 2 or 3 parts, and put it on top. (optional)

Snack #2

Mix the following five ingredients to taste:

1. Salad mix, baby carrots and/or grape tomatoes.

2. Olive oil.

3. Cottage cheese.

4. Salt.

5. Pepper.
